It is in this house (in front of the new “mairie”) that Claude Thouvenin was born because
the tradition says that three knocks were heard at the cellar door (inside this house),
three days before aunt Celine (sister of Claude) died in 1864, at age 12.
This cellar door was shown to Yvette in this house by aunt Eugénie.
