It says:
Very dear little Sister,
Please accept these flowers which we offer you.
First of all the rose that Jeanne picked for you to show you our love.
I bring you the 4 leaf clover to give you luck.
Accept also the (bleuet = blue flower) and the daisy which goes with it to
complete the three colors of the pretty country of France which gave you life.

Your two sisters who give you a lots of kisses on both checks for your anniversary.
